@crystal steward – if you’re building a tuff shed house on land you own, then i believe you’d pay tax on the property based on the county/city assessor’s estimate. however, if you’re just adding the dwelling to an already existing property with a house (like a guest house), then you probably wouldn’t pay tax on the unit separately..
